On-site Installation, Training & Support
MEI Solutions manufacture a range of cable and core marking systems and engraving machines, which enable remote project sites around the world the ability to produce all labels and signs on-site and be totally self-sufficient. Where possible, on-site installation and training by fully trained MEI staff will be offered to every project and site which purchase our systems and consumables. Where access to site is not possible, training will be offered via remote access software or video conferencing.
Bespoke Solutions
With our extensive in-house manufacturing and warehousing facilities, MEI has the ability to manufacture and supply bespoke labels and signs exactly to our clients’ specifications. As well as offering alternative solutions, we will also advise our clients of the most appropriate materials to use in the various extreme environments around the world. Engraved Laminated Phenolic Labeling
MEI Solutions’ Laminated Phenolic (LP) tags are UV stable, suitable for exterior use, with an operating temperature range of -40 C to +80 C.
For our labeling service, simply send in the label information using Excel. Depending on quantity, we can typically turn these around in 24 – 48 hours.
They come in any size, shape and quantity and can be manufactured to order at our production facility and delivered direct to site. Alternatively, they can be manufactured on site using our MEI Solutions laser engraving machine.
Pre-Printed LABELING Service
The entire range of labels manufactured by MEI can be supplied and delivered direct to site pre-printed. Simply send the information to be pre-printed electronically, in an Excel spreadsheet, to our in-house production facility at the email address found on our contact page and, depending on quantity required, delivery should take place within 24 – 48 hours. Information can be typed and pre-printed from drawings by arrangement.
Dual Language Labels & Signs
MEI Solutions has the ability to manufacture and supply dual language labels, signs, and pipeline identification tape in a variety of different languages. Translation services can also be offered by arrangement.
